I’m Bill Heslop, owner of Protec Property Maintenance. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in the construction and property services industry, helping homeowners, rental property managers, and businesses across the Okanagan keep their spaces in top condition.
My main focus is painting and exterior wood staining. As a Red Seal Certified Painter from BCIT, I take pride in delivering high-quality work that not only enhances the appearance of a property but also provides long-term protection against the Okanagan’s intense UV conditions. From revitalizing weathered siding to refreshing the interior of a rental property, I bring professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability to every job.
I also know that property owners need more than just paint and stain. That’s why I provide repair and maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties. Whether it’s carpentry, drywall, or general upkeep, my goal is to help you protect your investment and keep your property looking its best.
Every summer from May to October, I stain miles and miles of exterior wood throughout the Okanagan, including beams, fences, decks, and siding. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how to protect and maintain wood surfaces in our unique climate.
